Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an extremely famous American actress and singer. Parents are Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier, both television news directors. Bell was raised and birthed in Huntington Woods Michigan. Her family ancestry includes Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish and Scottish (father). Kristen's passion for acting was discovered at a very young age. She was just 12 when she attended her first audition. She was successful and got a role in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell received an agent who was appointed by her mother at the age 13 and she was subsequently hired as a model on newspapers and television commercials. Also, Bell began taking classes in acting privately. Bell had an uncredited role in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was a part of the music and drama club in Shrine Catholic High School. She won the starring role as Dorothy in her high school's play The Wizard of Oz. Bell went on to study musical theatre at the world-renowned Tisch School of the Arts in New York City after graduating. Bell was a graduate in 2001, left her studies at the university to play the role Becky on Tom Sawyer. That was the same year that she also had her first credit debut in Pootie Tang (2001), but her scene was cut and her appearance exists only in the credit sequence. Bell made an appearance together with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
