This was the result after she stepped outside of into the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich landscape in Los Angeles. Carnetas and Cavatelli, she believes, can be found on the identical menu. Her sense of taste is continuously developing. The only thing that remains is her unique vision of the future while still wishing to reminisce about the old. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso and is influenced with her Italian American roots. The restaurant was greeted with a warm welcome. The restaurant's take on old-school Italian has been acclaimed as one of the best places to enjoy Italian food located in Los Angeles. Lofaso consistently serves excellent meals at Scopa it is a local favorite. Its patrons describe it as authentic and satiating. Lofaso learned from culinary giants with sophisticated cooking techniques. She was not afraid to take huge risk to follow her intuition. She quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago and went on to make a difference in the kitchens of famous chefs in Los Angeles while working closely with a variety of famous celebrities. Lofaso established Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. The home of Lofaso was located within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. Her creative independence would be fostered with this partnership. Black Market is not constrained by one definitive direction which is exactly what the idea. The menu could start with dill potatoes chips, shishito chilies and then go on to a Korean wings dish and meatballs. Antonia Chef Antonia Lofaso's vision behind this mouth-watering menu of bold flavors is what anchors the whole. Lofaso assesses the success she has had over the course of her career based on her natural ability to get to know her audience well and be loyal to her character. She's been on of numerous television shows including Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents continue to be recognized in her role as a judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup. Lofaso has teamed up in partnership with Penguin Publishing to publish The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Recipes for easy, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. In the book, she also describes her life as a mother and a participant at The French Culinary Institute. Lofaso says that the passion that drives her success originates from cooking and it's because of this that she continues to have to keep her finger on the pulse. She is transforming the design by creating chef's wear with a focus on style and function, through her brand Chefletics.
